These terms are an agreement between you and Linus Nikolai Erdmann (trading as CoachVision) ("we", "us"), the provider of the CoachVision video-coaching platform. You can reach us at support@coachvision.app.
By creating an account or continuing to use the service you agree to these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organisation you confirm you have authority to bind it; if you use it as an individual you confirm you are of legal age in your country.
CoachVision lets athletes upload video, coaches return annotated analyses, and organisers run camps and events. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within the plan you have selected.
You are responsible for all activity under your account, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for providing accurate information and keeping it up to date.

You retain ownership of the videos, annotations, and notes you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and deliver that content solely to operate the service. You confirm you have the rights to any footage you upload, including consent of any identifiable people in it. Rights holders can contact support@coachvision.app to request a takedown; repeat infringers lose access.
We retain all rights in the service, including the software, documentation, and branding. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing frequency, taxes, subscription renewal, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically for the interval shown at checkout until cancelled. Our Refund Policy gives you 30 days to request a refund.
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance, and to the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury.
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. On termination you may export your content for 30 days, after which it may be deleted.
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Linus Nikolai Erdmann is established, and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.
